The poultry plucker is an ideal machine to depilate for chicken duck .goose . many poultry , poultry plucker is easy to operate and save energy and time , poultry plucker production efficiency is equal to more than ten workers manual work .
How to operate poultry plucker :
1 Before use poultry plucker .please check wheather be the voltage of power is in comformity with that in data plate,and whether user's power switch and fuse are in comformity with request of poultry plucker ’s power
2.Test the bottom of rotating disk whether it’s work or not ,and try to adjust the belt to best chicken plucker machine .
3.The water temperature is very important ,it must 60-80’C,drop the poultry into the water and give it stir,then pick it up after 5-6 min
4.Remove the birds from the scalder and place them in the poultry plucker ,Turn on the used poultry plucker and put Scadled poultry into poultry plucker ,after 15-30 seconds, you need turn off the power first, then turn on the tap and wash away the removed feather, then take out the poultry .
5.The whole process poultry plucker is about half minute.
